The Amiina's Scholars and Athletes Foundation

In memory of Amiina J. Siryon-Pfingstler, this foundation is being established to continue the legacy of Amiina’s dedication to the students and athletes she impacted during her short life. Amiina embodied the true meaning of her name, trustworthy," "faithful," or "safe. Amiina exemplified a true model of a student-athlete and carried that dedication to educating students in the classroom and coaching athletes on the basketball court. Her commitment and mentorship had a long lasting impact on the young people she encountered. Amiina was a student-athlete that helped transform a high school program and took it to the next level.

Amiina’s life was cut short tragically, however, her legacy remains through the students and athletes she encountered during her time as an Educator and a Coach. Amiina’s Scholars and Athletes Foundation continues her impact through the assurance of unlocking empowerment, creating equity, building community, ensuring integrity, and encouraging excellence both locally and internationally.
